Build a Professional Online Store, need a team to complete within 14 days.

Before I begin, This project will need to be completed by either a team or a couple of people who are only working on this project. Technically this is a small project but since this needs to be done professionally and within a tight time frame of 14 days, I am going to add $500 to the estimated higher bids of $1500 for this type of website. I am looking to spend between $1500 and $2200 for the higher tiered designers. I own an eyewear/ glasses brick and mortar store and sell online and would like to start fresh with a clean and unique customized website. I should easily be able to make changes to the website when needed. I would like the website to integrate with Prestashop as I already have half of my stock uploaded there. It can use another platform if you will be able to transfer my stock and description over. I already have a website but it is a generic website and not professional enough. I would like my store to look like the following website layout (perhaps a bit neater, probably too much going on at the bottom of the homepage). [login to view URL] . I do not like the look of this website- [login to view URL] - it has a generic feel and is too messy. -Website should allow for promotions and sales banners -Website cannot have a "generic" look, I already have that, and I want to have a clean and unique look. -Obviously being an eCommerce site , the website must be secure with the latest SSL or similar security -Project will need to be complete within 25-35 days. -English speaking is a must (doesn't have to be perfect English but very good. No google translate- it leads to miscommunications). -The candidate will be asked to show previous work. There is room for additional money to be made, including building traffic to our website, and for producing creative graphics. To summarize: Website must be unique, no using other websites pictures, and there should be options to put on sale banners. Website needs to be secure and should have a modern look.
