Build a new vod store using Database from my existing store

I need to start from scratch I need a version of my Video on demand store that is a bit simpler more secure and then my current store but with a few new features. (I lease my current store so modding it is not an option) 1. I no longer need the Flash streaming vod functions currently on my site. (Want downloads only) 2. I want everything else to be the same (For the features I use) (Current store has a bunch of other features I do not use) a- Multiple merchants and studios supported. - Assign percentage for payouts to merchants - ability for merchants to edit, upload products and see sales stats b- Description, trailers and pics in product pages c- Mobile html 5 version (With ability for user to download products to mobile device) d- Import from my current MYSQL (We have over 5000 products so this is very important) -Import Products, -User Videos they own so they can redownload, store setups etc e- User accounts and ability to buy/load money into accounts f - integration for NEtbilling, Paypal [login to view URL] and Bitpay into the store g - Setup on current server if possible h - Would be nice if we can use same folder for current video and picture files and products i - Some design work if needed but it is OK if can use my current templates.
