We're seeking a Wordpress programmer to take our re-designed website PSD files and help us build a wordpress site that's exactly the same. We have a current video workouts/trainer website up that pulls over 4 million views a month, and have decided it's time for a re-brand.
The entire site at the moment would include 20 or so pages (all pre-designed), an overlay navigational bar on the left side of the screen, and a "catch us at/media" bar overlaid along the bottom of the screen. The implementation will also require a store (e-commerce) to be built into the site, a blog area....and in a month or two an addition of a community forum possibly. It's a highly designed site, with relatively basic navigational interaction.
Our current site also includes a members login and dashboard which we would have to re-incorporate into the programming, and also re-design the layout of the login screen/overlay.
Currently we have built-in plug-ins on our site which might need to be incorporated too.
On-going support for the site can also be discussed.

This sounds like a good project. I have 6 years of experience with WordPress related development. I have built themes, widgets and plugins.
I can tell from the description that this site requires a lot of custom functionality. I'm not entirely convinced this can be finished in 4 weeks, but It's probably possible.
