Convert a Template to a Website

***Quick job for $ 10 US**** ***Good English required*** We're looking for a developer to help edit our home page to look like the file attached. It is a WordPress site and is based off the theme here: [login to view URL] All content will be included for the home page. The WordPress account is already set up and the theme is already installed. We will provide developer with credentials to log into our WordPress site. The developer will make edits as necessary to make the home page look similar to the attached file. The biggest requirement will be developer must add a contact form to the home page (see attached file for location). Developer is free to download any plugins if necessary for this. However, the design must fit the design of the rest of the site. Since this is a responsive theme, it must not break the responsiveness of the site. Form must also send out an email at submission. Finally, at the conclusion, you must let us know which theme files were edited (in the Appearance--Editor section).
