I urgently need a web designer to complete a project another outsourcing resource couldn't complete. You need to be able to: - Understand how to code responsive design - Start this project immediately - Complete this project today I have 3 pages which have been converted from PSD to responsive HTML / CSS, however it's only about 98% complete and there are the following issues to address. - Some layout and alignment issues - Videos and images are not responsive to mobile devices Here are the pages live currently, and I will supply the JPG files from the original PSDs to show how they should be. I have experience in web design using HTML, PHP, Javascript, CSS, Wordpress,Joomla... I use proficient: photoshop CS3, Microsoft office, Flash ... and use SQL Server Database, MySQL, SQLite .. I can work project of framework: Struts, Spring, Hibernate,... I can design: Logo, banner, graphic,... I have the ability to the web use Servlet techology and MVC model. I have a good creative and thinking.
