Copy a Program on a Website & Add to My Shopify Site!

Please visit... [login to view URL] I need this program of skin overlays on to the 3 different devices (iPhone, iPad, & Mac). I want to add it to my shopify website located at... [login to view URL] I need it to use my same layout and my same theme but just add the functions of the makeover page above to a tab on the top of my site. There will be a few requested edits... 1. Just want a list of images for each device. The image will need to show a small thumbnail at the bottom with the name of the image right below each thumbnail, nothing else. 2. Once the image is selected, it should overlay it on the selected device just as it does now. The exception here is I need the name of the image to be in big bold levels and then a link button to link it to the store page. That is it.
