My existing project on Payroll in Asp.net with SQL Server supports almost all your requirements. You can easily integrate with other accounting packages. It has various modules like Absentee, Payroll Processing, Report generation (Payslip,Tax Slip, PF Slip and other payroll schedules) In Absentee module user can record In time and Out time of employee. With the approval of HR it takes effect in payroll module. It helps to generates reports like OT, No Pay Detailed Report, Late Minutes Deduction Report etc. In Payroll Processing module, Incremental and promotional effect has been taken care. Other temporary and permanent nature of payments and deductions are also included with this module. Various allowances and perquisites are also have been taken care. In Loans module, all types of loans and advances and calculation of interest and perks on loans are also calculated. Those are some features of my project and hope it will be appreciated.
