Create new lead generation site using aspx

Need an expert who can help with the creation, layout and software integration of a lead generation property management/vendor website. I need somebody who is creative and can come up with their own ideas and concept for us to go with. This would take someone who can understand the end results of what we are trying to achieve and then make it happen on the sites. The sites will have to be dynamic and will include functionalities such as: -Different search queries -Multiple subscriber types with varying levels of access to site -google map integration to locate business location -registration forms -intergrate subscription module w/ different payment plans and shopping cart -Blog w/subscriber author privileges -CMS The sites will also include a blog, articles section and FAQ's. Knowledge of SEO "good practice" techniques is a must! Please submit to us any relevant experience/credentials and samples of websites you have done major design work on.
