Cleaning up a Magento Store

I need the font color for the terms and conditions on checkout changed, and I also need some bullet points below terms and conditions. I also need the font size a bit smaller on some areas of the one step checkout. Basically I need the one step checkout to look a bit more like the one at r u i-p r o d u c t [login to view URL] Just remove the spaces. I also need a popup removed from the one step checkout page, but not from the home page.
