App for ipad + website (Copy of already existing App)

We need an app mainly build for ipad devices. The app should work as a whitebord where user can record the screen (including an editor) and then upload the recorded session through the app to the website. The website should work some way like youtube - a place where users can upload videos (only through the ipad app/device).

Purpose is to let teachers / instructors create educating videoes (screen record). Thus the editor/app should have some tools such as free hand drawing, insert image, etc.

Its basically resemble of "ShowMe" which can be obtained in AppStore
