Create Blog Site With 3rd Party Tool Ultimatum

I have purchased and installed a Theme that is a powerful Layout Generator. I am looking for someone to create a website for me using this third party application so that I can maintain the site afterwards. The last developer that created a website for me on WordPress made it too difficult for me to understand and maintain myself.
