We are a young web site, looking for a talented and creative person to make our site look and feel better.
Site is 10 pages with lots of text in it, one general HTML platform for all pages, a few banner spaces (flash and regular) on each page, the design must be specific and creative for this kind of niche web site. We will need some basic SEO work done as well.
Template should have possibility to have tabs on (for sub-categories)
Dynamic content for: news and contact us pages
Set up of a forum
Every page has to have place for at least 3 side banners, and 1 banner on bottom
