Initially your role will be to guide us in the beta period while building a better product for the live application. (part timers are welcome)
Description:
Candidate is responsible for establishing the company's technical vision and leading all aspects of the company's technology development. Candidate will play an integral role in the company's strategic direction, development, and future growth.

Attitude: Should love the Start-up culture- and all that comes with it, Looks forward to the challenge and grind that comes along with reaching for greatness.
Entrepreneurial Minded: Please no fakes & no 9-to-5ers. Needs to be highly motivated and independent.
Key Components:
Business Development:
-Needs to understand the business side of the internet and how to maximize profit
- Needs experience in SEO/ CMS management
-Needs to bring great ideas to the table to improve overall User Experience
Programming/Technical Experience: MUST have minimum of 5 years experience in-
-PHP, MySQL, CSS, Java
-Servers- from setup to managing/maintaining
- Experience with e-commerce/billing web technologies- Paypal
-Knowledge of web standards and cross-browser development
- Magento
-Mobile Dev.
A + for us if you can:
-Assist with API implementation and integration where needed.
-Convert designs/wireframes into our functioning website using web standards and best practices.
-Deep understanding of the social graph; implementing creative and fun ideas on top of it.
-Practical experience designing and implementing mobile optimized websites.
