Customized Magento Online Shop

We need a magento expert to work on our magento online shopping project. All page design PSD files will be given to the developer. There will be some customization needed so we need someone who could program custom modules. Please don't bit if you dont have customization and module development expertise for magento. This is a picture frame shop web site. Special features asked : ( For this features either free moduls could be used or affordable ones can be purchased or if there is no option it has to be programmed by developer ) - one step checkout - seo friendly - featured products on front page - free shipping over X amount - Live Support (Livezilla free could be used) - Sign Up to Newslatter - Design Your Own Frame Page ( The Customer will select predefined options in this customized page and the product that customered created will be added to his cart for check out. This Page is really important and there may be special functions and controls to create this page. Design and detailed information will be given to the developer. - Retailer Customer Level . (There will be a retailer customer levels . Admin will set a discounted price for the reatiler and when retailers login to the website they will see regular price in the website. In the checkout a retailer discount will be applied for each product. ) - Some Retailers will have option to pay at the end of the month . So they will have this option and a transaction history for their sales. - Accepted payments methods will be: Credit CARD ( Payment plans options 3, 6, 9 month ) , Money Order , Pay at your door.
