convert my website from os commerce to magento

I have a OS commerce site and i want to change to Magento, I want someone to
1, install magento to my server/domain name
2, transfer products from oscommerce to magento
3, transfer customers from oscommerce to magento
4, put new logo on top of magento, (I have the logo image)
5, keep seo as per old site or close to it
6, install google analytics code.
