Create website, logo & shopping cart

What I need done: I need a website clone of a site called [login to view URL] This is a brand new site. I already had a domain. I need full design done, with modest graphics. a new logo and colors. I need someone to help upload all the product images, description and pricing. I will be provided all the spreadsheet and files to you. This site should look different from [login to view URL] (just similar looking & feature) Other context/requirements that providers will need to know: I also need shopping cart that accept credit cards and paypal. All the products are shipped by UPS, so I need a feature that customer can enter their zip code to calculate the shipping cost. I also want an auto reply email confirmation to my customers when they place an order on my site. I need a user-friendly admin page to manage the site as well. In terms of style, I want a very chic looking site that will appeal to my customers. I need it to be very simple and easy to use. I would like my website to be searchable by Google/Yahoo as well. Specific expertise that I am seeking: You should have experience designing simple OsCommerce or ecommerce websites. Experience with search engine optimization is an add plus.
