Create SSL for our website

I need to add additional web security to our website. We would like to do this via SSL. I need someone to add this functionality to our website. It is running on a Windows XP vm with IIS. 1) You will need to complete this task (Adding SSL to this site) 2) You will need to explain to me how you did it so I can do the process on other websites in the future.
