Book Barter Website

Hi Bidders, I need a website for visitors who can barter/exchange their books there. No prior registration is required for any available books posted on site, that means anyone can browse and post their available books onsite. But, anyone who wishes to barter with other register before doing so, only successful registered members can use the site to barter. No fees incur throughout the barter process and this serves solely a free platform for all book lovers who would like to exchange their books/ magazines to other book lovers, with a view to encourage knowledge in the broad sense. However, to keep the users’ information under security and privacy, we must ensure all interest party to register, with a valid email address for confirming their status to avoid fake or spam. Ensure you can leave some spaces for advertisements like google ads etc… A similar website that I would like you to develop will show interest bidder for reference. I need a simple website in this first beginning, then I will enlarge the scale based on this one. Hence, good communication skills with similar web development experiences are a must. You can suggest any open source form to build this and a blogging area for members to discuss/feedback after exchange. Requirements for this first launch:~ Develop a website for this book barter, User registered, create profile (address, login, user name, password..etc) got email to activate profile. Login to account and 1st page create your "I have" list, where upload image of item, description etc) Create category(from the drop down) if no category for this item create one(it become a visible to other, automatically creates in DB of categories, Next step create list " I need" with the same idea. when done click safe and system save his lists to DB, and engine start searching matching items, when it finds something, it sands email to each customer ( to personal emails from profile) and create same email in personal email folder(same like facebook) to make it available from the account. User click on email, goes directly to page where said: your item matched with other client, would you like to start chat? press yes, and popup chat room start, where people start discussion about the items, when they agree, all click "Agree" button , and each of them gets (Star or point for rating same as ebay) Next step when item arrived, user can leave a feedback about item( same as a ebay) ********* Bidders are welcome to suggest the best solutions in terms of programming script/web layout and thanks in advance!
