Clickbank Vendor set up

I have a wordpress blog that is hosted on my own domain that i have purchased through godaddy. This blog will be a recurring subscription website that I need to set up through clickbank. I need help going through the vendor process. I am already a clickbank member. I have been for over a year. But never sold on clickbank. I also have purcahsed the wishlist member plug-in ([login to view URL]) and have installed it into my blog. I want to use the plug-in for the membership levels on my blog. The wishlist member plug-in works with clickbank I was told. There will be no graphic design needed. For the sells pitch/landing page and thank you page I can create it if I have to in dreamweaver or better yet I would like you to just make it for me as a placeholder to get the process done then I can replace the page later with my page that i create. For someone that knows what they are doing I do not think this process should take that long to do. Id also like you to do a basic walk through of how you did the process so i have an understanding of what is going on.
