Animated elements on an illustrated map - open to bidding

I have a map. I need some areas to be animated. One area will be tracks/roads. There is an icon, which will be provided, that needs to travel from one end of the track, which twists and turns. I need that icon to end up at the other end of the tracks/roads. But, the person using this will need to physically enter a time, such as 24 hours or 3 months, a year etc, any time they want from minutes to days, weeks, months or years. That time they enter will then stipulate how long the icon will take to travel the length of those tracks/roads. I also need a facility so they can add that timeframe in a boxed area or similar from a menu (or an a illustrated counter or clock that will be supplied should it be this) to add to the website then that timeline must be linked to the icon which will start moving as soon as the user presses start. Imagine a treasure map and tracks, how long and how much. Can you advise? Thanks
