Build an Online Printing Store Wordpress Woocommerce

We want an experienced designer/ coder that has experience with building an online printing store.
The script accepts an image file upload, edits the image, saves and prices the printing job, then produces an order for the print shop and keeps the customer up to date with print progress.
There will be a calculator built in as a GUI on the canvas print site which pricing will be held in a CMS accessible back end to change pricing database or calculator backend.
The customer gets an order and completes a locked transaction through payment gateway.
All content and some design will be supplied to fit the easiest and cheapest way to get this site up and running on a Wordpress platform or similar.
A good CMS is very important for us to edit text, pages, images, videos etc and to manage any social media we would like to upload images from.
It must be fully responsive and resize adjust to mobile and tablet screens also.
This is the WordPress template that we want to use. We will pay for this. This should save you some design work. Please take that into account when bidding!
