Build an Online Store

We are looking for a complete solution for e-commerce store for customised clothing. The store has to be made in Responsive theme or similar layout which will be ready to use on all browsers, mobile devices (Apple, Android or Windows). The site must be made to highest standards and the developer/s + designer have to input all the content (including pdf, images etc.) so it is ready to sell the products. It should be scalable, customisable and easy to maintain for us via backend. PLEASE: Make sure the project bids are within or near the budget limits mentioned. Some of the features we are looking for: 1. Variable products to be sold using Shopping Cart. Categories and sub categories to be created and products uploaded into them from our catalogue 2. Zoom on mouseover or click (most of themes have it) 3. Banners on home page 4. Social media page creation (Facebook, Instagram, You Tube to start with) 5. Contents for all the pages (Home, products) 6. Garment customisation tool with integration into website. Tool is available with us therefore it needs to be configured & implemented properly. 7. Each garment has various colours and sizes available - inventory of that to be dynamic and visible to end user as well to show the stock availability of item-colour-size. 8. Preferably not Magento. Magento is the last option. 9. Local form Validation, google address configuration, discount codes and its validation 10. csv for bulk product upload with facility to assign to either sell product on its own or using custom designer tool. 11. Once selected by customer, the colour name must be visible and the main window will change with the selected coloured garment. For garment colours, we can provide images of each colour and thumbnail need to be created for ease of selection. 19. Whichever garment is ordered, we and client must get a copy of the order with the design visible along with font used, colour used for font, cliart used, clipart colour used. These are basic requirements.
