10 Minute Job for someone who knwos what they are doing!
I have a magento shop install, where a extension was added, now the store is in maintenance mode. There have been a quite a few changes since last backup so i need someone with good magento skills to remove the extension manually. All the extension files have been removed and the following steps have already been carried out:
Disabled the module from this file /app/etc/modules/<your_module>.xml
set <active>true</active> to <active>false</active>
Removed the /var/cache folder
Some MySqL Tables have been dropped (I dont really know what im doing here though)
The problem should be solved by doing the following steps:
Find any dependent my sql table, Remove tables.
Remove resource config record for the respective module from core_recource table in database.
