Build an Online Store

Please read through all project details before sending a bid, as total project is required. Until FULL project has been delivered, the money will be only transferred to freelancer account and until all items of the online store, have been shown and setup/working, NO ANY MONEY WILL BE TRANSFFERED to the freelancer. 3x times bad experience.

If you push for this payments in between the project, the project will be cancelled and re-posted to another person.

Deadline: 14 days to finish template, full design and install, 7 days for functionality ( stock, seo, payments etc.. ) and another 7 days for testing/debugging. So complete in 28 days totally.

We want to make an online store, with below details:

• PRODUCTS: Selling children, women and men clothes and some general items like country flags and handy geeky things.

• DESIGN: incl. full template design and logo, with a fresh, modern look. Able to change templates for special days, like big sales, Christmas, Easter etc.

• WEBSITE: Flexible, easy to maintain, fast in use, easy navigation on the website ( 3 clicks to where you want to be ).

• SOCIAL: Social media links (Facebook, Twitter, Google+ etc…)

• LIVE CHAT: customer questions

• PAYMENTS: Able to pay with all major paying companies, like PayPal, ideal, credit card, VISA, master card, Giro Pay, direct banking etc.

• CERTIFICATIONS: Certificate at some major sites, that the site is certified in use like “webshop kenmerk” “ict waarborg” “thuiswinkel waarborg” “tweakers” that people will trust the site directly.

• SEO: Good SEO, sitemaps functionality and landing pages.

• SECURITY: Security is major item and will be tested with some “good” hackers if the functionality is able to stand basic attacks.

• STOCK: Ability to see stock of products when ordering, when odering a product.

• TRACKING: Ability to track packages send out.

• PROMOTIONS: Able to send out promotions and newsletters from the website to all registered emails. People should be able to automatic unregister themselves from the emailing list. Able to directly post on facebook, twitter and google+ with 1 click for the promotions or sales.

• COUPONS: ability to use coupons and set dates when they can be used etc…

• LANGUAGE: site language should be change automatically, to where the customer connects from. So a few different languages must be setup for this.

• FEEDBACK: feedback customers, leave rating on how liked service

• MOBILE: easy navigate and odering on mobile with account.

• RMA: RMA return procedure and easy to process labels and send back.

Show some websites, you have completed, with above items inside, to show you have done this before. .Also if you have a team, to make sure that I have 1 contact person who will handle all.

Maybe some items are forgotten to mention in this overview, the expectation is that the freelancer is able to handle this project in it's full detail and also give feedback when something is missing or needs more clarifing.
