I want clients to be able to make requests online, request depend on what they require (lists can be found here [login to view URL])
so if they want three inspections, i will get a notification of what they need and I can prepare accordingly.
They need to provide a valid nyc address which must be put into:

Necessary inputs: Borough, House number, street
(*) If with given information, you can make it happen automatically
Would be fantastic if this is done automatically, but understand if it isn't feasible (*)
Similarly: [login to view URL]
Someone requires inspections; (they provide same information as above) and you can scan the dob website for the required fields (House no, street name, borough, block, lot, bin, CB no. (community board)
(*) The pdf doesn't need to be filled, would be great if it could, but having the required information is good also
Now for the fun part:

This goes hand in hand with an excel file that I have, the same information that was given is required, as well as the clients name and business (if any)
I want to be able to display these excel files somewhere, they must be nested:

so when hovering over Tr3:
TR3: Concrete Design Mix > List of Suppliers
Once they click a supplier all excel files for that supplier come up, and can be narrowed down by check boxes (strength 4000, 3000, 5000, 6000 ..), normal weight or light weight, extra things, etc. (the excel files must be tagged once they are uploaded, so they can be filtered)
