Build an Online Store for Digital Greeting Cards

Hello Freelancers: Just took on a client and I am looking to outsource this project for a fair price. Client currently has a site built with Ruby on Rails, MySQL and Amazon S3. The site is a greeting card website where a user can come to the site and spend $4.99 and send a MP4 video to someone. There are 26 categories with multiple selections in each. Client uses [login to view URL] for payments. The developer who originally built this has the site on a local server in his office. Videos are on Amazon S3. He is soon shutting down the site. This developer sent us a database dump of all the pictures, videos and so forth. I propose to build this site with WordPress and WooCommerce or ZenCart. Site should be professional yet modern and have no issues with the video cards in which get sent to people. Hosting will most likely be at Host Gator or Digital Ocean Important to have would be when you pick the card you want there should be some security for the video which would allow the user not to just right click and save without paying. I need someone to build this site out with no issues, problems and has the right solution for this. We will also be signing a support contract with them - this will be separate and will be a few hours per month to maintain. Please only quote on the development piece! I need a 3-4 week turn around.
