Hello, As per my understanding you would like to build a website designed for users to vote on or rate people, content, or other things. The system will be typically organized around attributes such as physical appearance, body parts, voice, personality, etc. How ever I do have a few questions : Q : Will the listing be subscription driven. Advertisers will have the ability to purchase, build and update their own listing any time day or night ? Q; Is there any other type payment like instant payment or only recurring payment in this system? Q: What will be the subscription frequency? Monthly, quarterly, half yearly, annually? Q: Once a listing has been created, or modified, an email is sent to the admin for approval ? Q: Once a listing is approved by an admin an email is sent to the advertiser with a link to the listing ? We will take care of the following things : 1) Completed cross browser compliant, responsive design with semantically structured CSS, use of rich snippets/microdata and sprite images 2) A completed server-side application built with a PHP Codeigniter/ Symfony2 3) Images will be hosted on Amazon S3(upload/browse/delete) 4) Support of multiple database connections 5) Users will be able to login (using Facebook and/or register to the site) , plan and log their trip.
