Build a responsive site with the content of [url removed, login to view] but with the look and feel of [url removed, login to view] - or make a suggestion for a better look, but it must be simple, easy to navigate and with no added nonsense.
Content can be reused, but requires completely new code that will eventually be hosted by a different provider, but still as [url removed, login to view]
It must conform to all Google recommendations and be a design that I am able to maintain myself with simple editing tools.
This site must comply with the standards of accessibility contained in W3C WAI level A Guidelines.
All code on the site should validate to W3C specifications.
Minimal use of scripts. Fast load times and search engine optimized.
I will also need assistance with the redirects when the new site goes online.
