I am need of a responsive website with a matching iOS/Android app. The site and app will will need to allow for three user groups: Producer Broker Consumer A Producer will be able to enter values/quantities in their dashboard, notifying the Broker and Consumer. The Broker user will need to have a dashboard seeing all available products available from all Producers and all open requests from Consumers. Possible Scenario: Consumer 01 is in need of 10x Product 01, 10x Product 02, and 10x of Product 03 Consumer 02 is in need of 10x Product 01, 10x Product 02, and 5x of Product 03 Producer 01 has wants to sell 20x of Product 01, 5x of Product 02, and 5x of Product 03 Producer 02 has wants to sell 00x of Product 01, 5x of Product 02, and 5x of Product 03 Each Consumer indicated what they are willing to pay for each unit of Product. Consumer is willing to pay $1 ea for Products 01 and 02, Consumer 1 will pay $2 for Product 03 and Consumer 2 will pay $3 for Product 03. Platform should be able to fill the Orders and Process Payment while deducting a commission/fee for 20x of Product 01 @ $1ea from Producer 01. Since Product 02 and 03 are in higher demand than in supply, a bidding process should initiate allowing the Consumer to increase what they are willing to pay for available supply. That is the basic premise, however this platform will need to be fully scalable.
