I am looking for a freelancer to create a 9gag-like website for me. I want it to be an autoblog, that way I dont have to update it frequently. Also make sure the RSS feed is from small site but with lots of viral videos/pictures that are funny. Please do not scrape full content or images from big sites like 9gag because I will be subjected to copyright infringement.
