Build a video transmission website with video, audio stream and download capacity

I usually produce a series of live videos through social media. I however would want some one to develop a website that I can transfer the videos to and host them there. These are the features that the website needs to have (1) A live transmission video on the home page that links to the facebook live transmission page (2) The video page then goes back to playing other listed videos once live transmission is over. (3) Archives of videos with the following options:- (a) Stream Video ( three levels of quality as per internet data) (b) Download Video ( three level of quality as per internet data) (c) Stream Audio ( three levels of quality) (d) Download Audio ( three levels of quality) (e) Read Transcript (4) The CMS page should be fully customized developed in such a way that when a video is uploaded, the audio is ripped off to be made available under the audio download section Homepage should look like this [login to view URL] The archives of the videos would also be at the bottom of the main video of the home page. I want this project completed ASAP. So, only bid if you are able to start work as soon as possible on it. Site must have very good response and quick loading time.
