This website will need to be set up for google adwords and have spots where potential companies can advertise. This site will have paypal integration for individuals wanting to Feature their ad listing on the site. It will be up to the successful bidder to propose an idea how this could be done to ensure the users get the most for their money. It is also up to the successful bidder to properly review both websites to ensure they know how the site works. The successful bidder will be responsible for any graphic design which may be needed. Please note that the site I currently own is run on a CMS and needs to continue this way as the site needs to be self sufficient.
