Convert a Photography Template to a Wordpress Website

Hello,
What I need done is fairly simple. I purchased a photography html site from theme forest and manipulated the psd's to reflect what my friend was asking for on her photography site. The changes that were made to the original template were very minor. What I am looking for is someone to take these psd and create a wordpress site from them. I currently have wordpress already installed on her server I just need these converted to wordpress. There is a total of 5 pages and there is legacy html code that you could use from the template I purchased from theme forest. To a trained developer I believe this is a fairly simple task that could be completed within a week or 2. I have all the psd's, portfolio page images and documentation done. All the content in the PSD's is current and is what will be used on the site. Please let me know if you have any questions.
