The project wiil be to adjust Freelance Engine Theme to my needs. the end result will be a combination of [login to view URL] and freelancer.com in RTL. the jobs/projects will be similar to [login to view URL] with the possibility to get and handle bids from freelancers like in freelancer.com.
main milestones will be:
1. Install and convert the theme and extentions to RTL and make sure everything in RTL works properly.
2. make the \"post a project\" page look and function like [login to view URL]
3. then for each service make the relevant \"post a project\" page with the relevant fields exactly like [login to view URL] (in RTL). a sample page like that will be [login to view URL]
4. added fields will be included in informative pages about the open projects
5. after hiring (accepting a bid) the employer will have to deposit/pay for the job and later the funds will have to be released based on approval of the freelancer (exactly like freelancer.com) - so need the make it happen
6. make it possible to translate to Hebrew every added date/pages
