Convert design template/mockups to a Website

An exciting innovation project is looking for freelancer talent to join multiple rounds of landing page testing.
You will be receiving one-page mockups of landing page designs, and using your skills with HTML and CSS to cut them up into deployable websites. You can do this in your sleep, and ideally will get involved in feedback to the testing/innovation team on industry best practice or design ideas as you see fit.
There's an opportunity to also join the design team building a webapp as a result of the testing, in a number of coding or design capacities, so you can either think of this as ongoing work chopping designs into HTML, or a wonderful way to see if we enjoy working together.
As for the client? They are a household name in the luxury automotive space, and are getting more and more into the tech and innovation realms. You're going to love this one. The team is based in the EU and US but you can be anywhere.
Update:
- must understand static site development (suggesting Wordpress for a landing page carving up supplied designs is an automatic fail).
- must have portfolio examples that look modern and clean (enough with the drop shadow, okay?).
- must be able to justify the the hourly rate (and be prepared to discuss this with the team).
- bonus points if you're down with the startup community and understand the methodology (hint: so we can keep working with you as the project advances).
