Convert my old design to responsive type layout with HTML5 / CSS / Javascript

I need to convert my old website design to a new responsive type layout with HTML5, CSS and Javascript. My website is: [login to view URL] I want to have something like: [login to view URL] The layout will have to be split in 3 section: Header ( white part ), Navigation Menu ( Light and dark blue ), Main Slider ( rotating big image ) . Everything must work with mobile browsing for now. Header: I need a language selector for two languages where they have the Chat now button. The shopping cart, My Account and Wishlist will be exactly the same. The search menu will be the same style exactly in the same position. All Hover effects are exactly the same regarding colours and i will fiddle with the colours after, so the CSS and HTML5 must be with comments. Navigation Menu: There will be 2 rows, the upper one will have the main categories and while passing on the main categories the lower row loads the sub-categories associated with the main categories ( exactly the same as amainhobbies ), if you hover on a sub-category it will load other sub-categories associated with that same sub-category. All these categories and sub-categories will be populated via database but for illustration purposes can be draw exactly like the amainhobbies website including navigation and hover effects. If a main category is chosen the Main slider will load big images according to that category. Main Slider: This main slider will be rotating big images with same size as amainhobbies. Also they have a round indication showing in each slide they are and two arrows to go forward and backward in each slide. These images are linked when someone clicks on the navigation menu in a main category. The number of images according to each category can be one ( no rotating ) or two or more with a limit of 4 to 5 images. Transition should be done in different methods including fade ( similar to amainhobbies ) and a link to the correspondent category. I also need 2 more elements, a tab slider and a small image slider similar to the picture uploaded.
