Create Woocommerce Plug-in

Hi everyone, I need creating Woo-commerce Plug-in for my woo-commerce store. Basically it need to make conversation between admin and customers ( like gmail, freelancer messages, [login to view URL] messages) I hope that is simple plug-in but i need it very stylish or match with my theme colors. Also it need with good file upload script. Finally plug-in will like: Send messages with files in admin to customer, customer to admin. I have attach some files as i like style. Thank you so much.
