The Forum Fairy is a piad posting service and currently uses a series of Excel Spreadsheets to monitor jobs, posts made, clinets nad writers. This is a time consuming process abd we like someone to build a system that can be incorporated into teh design of the website - www.theforumfairy.com.
The system must be unique to the Forum Fairy (and we would require copyright)
In brief, what we would like is:
The system to be user friendly and look nice from a design perspective. The system should be flixibel to change. In some repects there could be a series of databases – one relating to poster’s information – Another for clients details, one for current work, one for completed work, one for income and expenditure, one for the clients themselves to track progress. All of the databases could be linked together but with certain people having access to particular parts of the system.
It should be able to have the following:
- an area for the admin team to post details of work. There would be different types of work. We would record the number of threads and replies required, the number of posters, the package ordered, the client name and email, the url and brief description of the forum, the start date, the expected completion date and duration of work, the amount owed to posters (by poster) and the posters details.
- an area for posters to log in and reserve posts, they could also state how many posts that they have done for a particular piece of work (in real-time). They would also have a profile which they could update giving preferences, skills and experience, details of any times that they are not available, general working patterns, contact details etc
- An area for clients to log in to see how their project is going, names of posters number of posts made by date – etc.
We do want some additional features which will be described to the person who does the work.
The work should be completed within 2 weeks.
