Create a website

I want a website created that will allow businesses in a certain field (i will disclose later) to login and create their own profile page which i will be marketing as their web page. The profile page should allow the business owner to upload a logo, describe their business by style/type and amenity offered, provide a link to another website, upload pictures and also edit and input information into a calendar. The main page should contain some basic menu options that we can discuss later (register, bookmark, terms of service, news, photos), [login to view URL] lookup and plenty of advertising space. The most important item on the main page is the search capability. I want the user to be able to search the web site by business style/type, amenity, street, zip code, city name, establishment name or any word inputted on the calendars. this is extremely important. the last thing is a tab for photos. I want to be able to upload photos where the user would be able to click on a main photo titled with date and that would take the user into a gallery for that particular location and date. The more main pictures the better however i am expecting that an archive will also need to be set up. I want the user to be able to click on any of the pictures in the gallery and enlarge and have the option to either save, print or email. If email is chosen that email address is saved for my newsletter distribution. That's about it. As adminstrator of the site, I want capabilities to approve new profiles, send a newsletter, eventually charge for the site and accept payment from advertising, etc. i also want to be set up in the big 3 search engines and google ad sense.
