Custom User Group in Magento

I have a magento store and would like to create a user group for people (students) who can shop on students page.
e.g. In the online store, a book is $100 but if you register as a student and upload your student ID card during registration, you can shop at the student shop where the price is only $65.
people who do not belong to this group cannot shop from here unless they have been put into the group.
e.g. user must register with us as a student before the can shop via the students store.
• During registration process. if you select im a student option, you are asked to upload student ID card
• On admin end, admin can see student start and student end date and place the student in the student group.
