Greetings, I have read Project Description & seen the attached screen shot, so if I am not wrong, you will provide us PSD design file with layers and our programmer will convert it into HTML/CSS and integrate it in the Magento cart - Correct? Attached design file is the Home Page PSD design of your website? Do you want two websites or only one website? You uploaded only one image :) Now, the best way its to choose a responsive theme compatible with latest version of Magento and using that to build your own version of the design. This project regards only the design or will have to cover the functionality and setting up the Magento store? You should choose also Magento as a tag for the project. :)

shaunhay1 Woah! This design is one hell of a job. I've developed many ecommerce stores, but this is something unquie. I was in the same shoes once. I struggled months to create a business which could eventually become my life. I understand that you need help of professionals to help you get a big headstart with your startup and I too agree that long-term relationships are more profitable to each side, this is why I am always looking for good people who understand the basic ideas of business. I can not say for sure how many hours would it take, but to develop a store with unique design and functionalities, I would guess for two months tops.
