Do let us know your thought. Overall going through the scope we have understood what need to be done. The proposed application shall be have secure login section [Preferably under SSL] to login to the system. Once logged in, user can make payments or receive payments online. The proposed system, in the front-end shall also have options to check past transaction and ability to export data in PDF form. We can also consider recurring payment procedure, but that entirely depends upon the gateway that we are likely to us. For each transaction, user should receive email/sms notification. The website shall also have a back-end from where admin can view and manage the entire site activity. Technologically, we propose to develop the system using PHP/MySQL. Ajax/Jquery/JSON/JavaScript shall be applied as and where necessary to increase user-experience. We hope we are able to explain the overall aspect of the project.
