Delphi SOAP Client

I need a SOAP Web Service client, written in Delphi 2010, that shall connect to a PHP web Service in a remote server, and synchronize data in/from 3 database tables. The DB Tables have the same format/structure in both DBs. The SOAP client shall upload customer data from the local PC and download updated data from the web server. Such data will be input by the web site visitors. The Web Service is up and running and details are provided. ## Deliverables Detailed specifications, as well as SQL Queries to create tables and sample data and lins to the working web services are included. The detailed specifications doc also includes 2 keywords that the bidders shall mention in their offer. DO NOT BID without quoting the keywords I put in the text, bidders offer without the 2 keyword will be immediately discarded.
