We need an application written that has 6 sections on a menu, then a sub-page, a level beneath each of the section choices, then if a button is pressed on that sub-page, it will initiate playback of a stored video (video is not part of this build, but will be supplied as source media). There are some specific run/standby/install requirements: > Install from SD card (auto-install possible?)/desktop connected cable/OTA (if installing from SD, then following install, the SD may be removed without affecting app performance) > App auto-starts at power-up > Play video loop if device is idle, then revert to main app view when the device is activated (push notifications will NOT activate the device/stop the video loop, as they are also background) > Audio settings can be adjusted. Can these settings be stored across different sessions - even if the device is rebooted? > App runs in background at all times > App can only be removed from an admin command > Message prompt at use of HOME key > App can be updated? > App to be signed Thank you ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
