Conversion of existing PHP site to Drupal/CiviCRM

We are a non-profit that is looking to convert our website from a LAMP application to Drupal and CiviCRM. WHat we are looking for first is a conversion of the member directory lookup and search function. Basically we want to be able to take the data that we already have in a mysql database and move it over to a drupal civicrm site. This is the first step in our conversion and if we find a good person, we will use them for the rest of our conversion as well. I believe that most of our functions will translate fairly well to Drupal/CiviCRM, but we do have some functions that will need to be custom written or modify current modules. If this is something you would be interested in please let me know and I will forward you some samples of our current site.
