Application to scrap (grab) data from website

I need a application to scrap (grab) data from website. This website need to login (credential will provided) and the data is in "softpress" epaper format (like a picture, so it's NOT just texts, but what we want to scrap is actually a text). I dont know exactly what is "softpress", maybe somekind of silverlight? This application will need to search on the epaper, find what it's looking for and save the those texts in a txt file with particular format. "what it's looking for" is read from [login to view URL] so we can add or remove what we want to scrap without need to modify the source code. When this application run: - if it supplied with a argument (parameter) then scrap today's data. - if it NOT supplied with a argument then display date, user choose the date and this application scrap the data for the choosen date. This application should run on Windows XP, Vista and 7 (especially WinXP). You will need to send me the source code after this project complete.
