Access Contact Management app

I have a very large CONTACTS database (32MB). It is currently in Excel. I need to convert this database to Access and provide a very NICE, EASY TO USE, INTUITIVE, FOOL PROOF interface from my managers. The database is simple -

Fields are:

Director, Prompt, Company, First, Lastname, Title, Phone, Last Contact, Email, Address, City, State, Zip, Notes, Year, Client#, Website

I will likely add a few new fields and delete some of these during this project. The application needs to run as a compiled Access application. My users do not have Access on their machines. I have a copy of Access 2007 on my machine.

Key features required:

Enter a new contact

Edit a contact

Update a contact (with latest contact or sales information)

SEARCH - on any field

Print reports

We might want to have multiple tables per contact -

Contact info

Sales Opportunity

Meeting Notes, etc.
