Application to Bypass ISP P2P, torrent and HTTP shaping

We require an application that an end user can install on their Desktop computer that will: 1. Bypass the shaping ([login to view URL]) that their Internet Service Provider enforces on Peer to Peer, torrent and HTTP download protocols. 2. When the client installs the application, it must present them with the Application Logo and an advert banner (this is what we will use to make profit). And a button that either reads: "UNSHAPE MY TRAFFIC" "SHAPE MY TRAFFIC". Clicking the first button, the program will kick into action, and any downloads will be unshaped. The developer will need to derive a way to in fact unshape the traffic, and bypass any packet filtering. This can be achieved through a VPN or similar, which the Developer will need to setup.
