Capture Online Video

We need a coding team that has experience in building video software solutions.? We would like a custom software solution that will allow the user to do the following: ? Capture video from any streamed website or webcam and save directly to their hard drive. ? The captured video should be saved in whatever default video the user chooses (AVI, .WMV, .FLV, .ASF .MPG, .3GP, .MP4, .MOV). ? The solution should allow to save or burn to a DVD. ? The solution should run as fast as possible and not be a resource hog on the CPU of the host system. ? If you have experience in this area and believe you can provide us with the software solution, we look forward to hearing back from you.? We DO NOT want a third-party solution as we wish to own the source code and rights to this software.
