Convert asp and Excel to downloadable software

I want a cost to? convert 10 existing? .asp web calculators (which are also available in? Excel), into a downloadable software program with? some text explanation.
The? calculators are? the first 10 viewable at [[url removed, login to view]][1] and the final product will be sold as a low cost downloadable program.
## Deliverables
The product is to be sold for $30 so? the cost to produce it will need to be at the lower end as well.
The branding will all be as per the existing and I can give access to the asp code and supply the excel files when the project starts.?
Standard software features like printing the page? will also be required and as I am not a programmer or project designed, I will be open to questions on that? features may be needed, however high security etc is not a high priority due to the expected low cost of creation.
A knowledge of share or forex trading would help thinking through the logic to build the calcualtors if necessary although the current asp code is all accurate.
